Job Duties:
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement lean manufacturing and quality processes using techniques like 80/20, PLS, In-Lining, and MRD to optimize operational performance and improve the P&L.
- Lead and manage all aspects of daily operations within the facility, including acting as Site Leader for non-operational functions like engineering, IT, finance, and HR when necessary.
- Implement and drive strategic initiatives set by the division to align team processes with operational performance goals and continuous improvement strategies.
- Champion organizational development by utilizing the company’s Leadership Development framework, identifying and nurturing talent for future leadership roles.
- Analyze and manage the facility’s financial performance, including budgeting, long-range planning, and cost management initiatives.
- Implement policies and procedures to support and exceed annual financial targets.
- Proactively address operational, quality, and maintenance issues to minimize costs and prevent delays.
- Enhance productivity and capacity utilization, including managing outside processing needs.
- Foster a culture of safety and ensure optimal conditions for all manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in plant management or similar leadership roles in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, operational excellence frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze KPIs, financial metrics, and operational data to drive performance improvements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Experience in budget planning, cost management, and long-range strategic planning.
